dear creative worked with PBL to develop a differentiating and convincing employer value proposition that positions the organization as an employer of choice for various employee target groups. The EVP formed the content basis for various communication measures for new and existing employees. The first step was an employer image campaign that relied on print and digital advertisements as well as moving image formats on social media. The employer branding concept forms the basis for PBL's presence along the entire employee experience: from the careers section on the PBL website to the presence at job fairs, the content and design of job advertisements and recruitment advertising on vehicles, all measures follow the jointly developed basic idea.
