SANITAS HEALTH FORECAST 2025

Within you lies more than you know

With the Sanitas Health Forecast 2025, we’ve delivered our sixth multimedia edition for Sanitas. This year is centred around the transformative potential of personalized health. It’s a theme that continues to reshape how we think about prevention, medicine, and individual responsibility. We drove the concept, editorial work, design and campaign – from first idea to final rollout. The result is a rich, 400+ page book that combines expert knowledge with personal stories, artistic perspectives, and multimedia content – all anchored in four key themes: personalisation, cellular health, the nervous system, and stress resilience.

Alongside the book, we launched a high-impact communications campaign to spark curiosity about individual health – online, on social media, and in public spaces. QR codes in the book and on posters link to podcasts, videos, a self-evaluation test on stress management, and additional in-depth content. Once again in 2025, together with Sanitas, we’re sending a strong message about the future of health.
